Located next to Broadland Business Park, near Postwick, work is already well under way on 315 homes at The Oaks development.
These new homes in the Norwich area consist of two, three, four, and five bedroomed homes. They are all beautifully nuanced in architectural design.
Full planning permission was granted by Broadland District Council in April 2021, along with outline permission for an additional 205 homes.

Venus Fields is our first development in the county, and will consist of a stunning range of 64 homes, including one, two, three and four bedroom properties and two and three bedroom bungalows.
The first properties at the development will be released for sale in summer 2023 from a local estate agent, and the doors to the marketing suite and show home will open later in the year.
The name Venus Fields was inspired by the ash tree in Needham Market’s town emblem, as ash trees used to be known as the ‘Venus of the Woods’. The trees were thought to have both magical and medicinal properties, and historically the wood was burnt to receive prosperity and ward off evil spirits.
